The work Of Avedon draws me in more, which also seems to go to greater lengths to set up his shots. I think that Avedon also has a more recognizable style of photography than Cox. I would rather have Cox take a photo of me though.

I would probably say Roy Cox because he has that talent and photography that no one else has. Being that he got that photo of a football player it shows that he can actually take good pictures of people that are difficult. The football because it has the background that goes with it and not just the person everything goes together and not just thrown in.I would have taken the one of the football player as well because people who do sports are more easier and fun to take pictures of.

i like cox better, because its more here now.i think cox probably does, because most of Avedon's shots are white background. i think i would rather have cox take my photo. i feel like Avedon would be harder to recognize, because its white background, and people. i think that there is a lot of spotlighting used.

I'm more drawn to Richard Avedon and I think Roy Cox goes to greater lengths to set up his shots because you can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the shots. I would rather have Avedon take my picture because it looks like he's more about what you want for the picture. More recognizable is Avedon because is pictures are of famous people and for lighting techniques for him would be depending on what you want and for Cox I'd say it's more for ads or something.

I like Roy Cox because his style is more out there. Roy because I like weird pictures. Richard has the most recognizable style because it is very classy. The shadows really compliment the clothes and the models.

I really am drawn to Roy Cox's work, it looks like he does more things for brands and sports photography. Richard Avedon definitely goes to greater lengths for his shots, I mean he had a skeleton, and a woman, I guess you could say it was "boning" her. Cox uses more studio lighting, and Avedon uses a lot of spot lighting.

I like Roy Cox better, in my opinion his work is much better then Richard Avedon's work. I think Roy Cox goes to a greater length to step up his shots, but on the other hand i do think Richard Avedon's work is more recognizable.

I'd say I'm more drawn to Richard Avedon's photographs more than Roy Cox, because his pictures are more unique and more recognizable. Roy Cox I think goes to greater lengths to set up his shots because they're almost PERFECT. Avedon's aren't, but that's what makes him unique. I would rather have Cox take my pictures because I feel like his photographs are better quality.

I'm definitely more drawn to Roy Cox's work as well as i believe he goes greater lengths to set up his shots. I would have Roy Cox take my pictures because i really like how the picture really pops out at you. Richard Avedon has more recognizable style because alot of his pictures are taken in black and white while the people are barely looking at the camera.

I feel like I'm more drawn to Roy Cox because of the lighting, and its smooth-ness. However! I love the quirks in Avedon's!! If they could just combine I'd be very very happy (: Aside from the elephants, I believe Roy goes to greater lengths for his shots, giving them a sort of surreal feel. Avedon takes control of surroundings that are around naturally, or so it would seem. Neither of those are bad things! Like i said earlier, were they to take my picture, I would LOVE if they could just merge into one photographer! Avedon has more characteristic quirks. Roy sort of seems like he's taken a lot from other more contemporary photographers- he doesn't stand out much for me. The lighting in Avedon's is more natural, roy's is softer and more intense.

I think Roy Cox had more desirable and modern pictures. But, Richard Avedon had more famous pictures. I would rather have Roy Cox take my pictures, because I liked them a lot better.

I am more drawn to Roy Cox's work. I think that Richard Avedon goes to greater lengths to step up his shots though and makes them one of a kind. i would rather have Roy Cox take my photo because his work has color and looks much more vibrant and lively that Avedon's photos and his are kind of creepy to me. Cox's style is much more recognizable to me because I see photos similar to his in magazines and in the media. Avedon uses very bright lights to make a story with his photos against plain backgrounds and Cox uses colors and natural and staged lighting.

The Ryan cox ones are more staged obviously so he probably takes more time to set it up. But Richard travels all over to capture moments so he goes to lengths traveling. I like Richards a lot more and would want him to take my picture. Richard uses the natural light that is found or is present. And Ryans were staged with lights.

The photos i am more drawn to have to be Roy Cox's. I think Roy goes to greater lengths to set up their shots! I would much rather have Ryan Cox take my picture, i think that his pictures are more flattering than the pictures Richard takes. The lighting techniques of Roy are more of shadows and lightness/ brightness contrast. But Richards lighting is black and white and sort of gloomy.
I like Roy Cox' pictures more. I think Richard Avedon went through more because he took pictures of Marilyn Monroe. I would rather have Roy Cox take my picture because his look better to me. They both have recognizable style. I think the lighting techniques are both great.

Roy Cox definitely has the more memorable photos. They are very colorful and over the top. Richard Avedon, on the other hand, has very simplistic black and white photos that look like basic candids.

I think that roy coxs photos were more natural photos. Like they are what you would usually see in a fashion magazine. I think roy cox goes to great lengths to take their shots.Roy also has a really recognizable styler because it is a lot of "original" photos that are more like "normal" pictures.

I would say that Roy Cox uses Studio lighting while Avedon also uses a type of studio setup, but with a black and white tone.
I am more drawn to Roy Cox's work then Richard Avedon, because his picture go out side the box more the Richard's. I feel Richard is more modern and classic. I feel like his work is the definition of typical photography. Cox's work goes outside the box wich i find ironic because the picture that stuck out to me the most were the dolls coming out of the box. I think the coxs takes more time to set up his frame, he is more recognizable and i would rather have him take my picture.

I really like Cox's work. He goes through a lot more to set up his shots than Avedon does. I would much rather have Cox take my picture than Avedon. Cox has a way of making his models look very glamorous whereas Avedon tries to capture the models personality in more candid, simple shots. I would have to say that Avedon has a more recognizable style though.

I think he shows greater lengths and sets up his photo well and fits right instead of just looking like he shaped a shot and was done he took the effort to get the right photo. I would rather have him take my picture because he has a good style in his self portraits. He also has a more recognizable style, Richard Avedon is more older and hasn't been around for a while.
